FULLERTON, Calif. -- The Hope International STUNT Tournament kicked off Friday at Darling Pavilion and the Vanguard squad returned to the win column against UC Davis.  The Lions had shut out the Aggies in the first meeting of the season and despite giving up three points over the course of the match, the VU lead was never under serious duress.  The Blue and Gold grabbed an 18-3 victory to start the weekend, putting Vanguard at 6-2 overall on the season.

The Lions are now 6-0 all-time against the Aggies and the team will take on both Saint Mary's and Jessup tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. respectively.

What Was Said? "It was a great game against UC Davis but we have to come back even stronger tomorrow if we want to pick up two more wins," said Head Coach Leslie Allen.
