2024:
DeLucia completes her Vanguard career this year, and what a career it was. Having endured two years without a home gym and coming into the program during the pandemic, DeLucia was a stalwart, and it appears she saved her best for last. This season saw her push her way past the 2,500-mark for career assists, with a final tally of 2,802. She also had her highest aces-per-set ratio in her career (0.47), and her total number of aces came just shy of matching her high-water mark she set a season ago despite playing in seven fewer matches (the last of her aces came on set point in the second set of Senior Night). If that were not enough, she was also a rock defensively with a new high of 235 digs this year. As a setter, DeLucia had her best game at APU with a whopping 30 assists, the first time she reached that mark since 2023. Among her several great games, her match with Cal State San Marcos stands out due to her 20 assists and season-high 19 digs that helped VU get a victory in a sweep. Of course, her career will always be synonymous with the first ever point in the new Freed Center as she set up Galvanoni for the kill. A tremendous career, indeed.

I would play with Kim Hill because she went to my high school!

What is one of your favorite childhood memories?
One of my favorite childhood memories was going to my grandparents house in Lahaina, Maui and spending time with my cousins there.

Where was the best burger that you have ever had?
Little Big Burger.

What is your dream job, especially if money was not a factor?
Getting paid to travel the world.

What is your go-to karaoke song?
We Belong Together by Mariah Carey.
