2025: Ringenberg's rotation with Hill was productive for Vanguard. She appeared in 89 sets across 24 matches, tallying 408 assists, 127 digs, 20 aces, and 20 kills on .386 Attk-%. The freshman crossed the 20-assist threshold on five different occasions, including against CUI on Senior Night. The 26 that Ringenberg had that night now stands as her career-high. She posted two double-doubles this season, including for the first time on September 12 against Cal State Monterey Bay. Her 10 digs in that one matches her career-high that she also posted a month later in mid-October at Westmont.

High School: Was a three-time captain at Elkhorn South and helped her team finished second in the state her senior year.  She was a First Team All-Conference player and was selected to the Third Team All-State.



What is one food you could eat for the rest of your life, what is one you would destroy from the earth, and why?
popcorn chicken, it’s so yummy and can be made in lots of ways salmon, tastes gross and has a bad texture.
