2024:
Yamamoto's final season for VU saw her appear in 23 sets to push her past the century mark in her career. In her 11 matches, the DS had 28 digs and 5 aces. She had more games with 4+ digs this year than games where she did not register one. She had a season-high 6 digs in VU's trip back to Yamamoto's home state of Hawaii, as VU beat Hawaii Pacific in a sweep. After also picking up an ace there, Yamamoto's final career ace came on Senior Day in the final set of the 3-0 sweep of Academy of Art.

I would love to learn/play volleyball with Erik Shoji or Micah Christenson.

What is one of your favorite childhood memories?
One of my favorite childhood memories was catching the bus with my friends all over the island in the summer going into middle school.

Would you rather be able to speak in any human language or communicate with all animals and why?
I would rather speak in any human language because I would want to learn more about other cultures.

Do you have a pregame ritual or superstition? Any reason?
I always put my knee pads and shoes on my right side first.
