2025: Yamashita made her defensive presence known her debut collegiate season where she played and started in all 16 games for the Lions this season tallying a total of 1414 minutes as a Freshman! Yamashita played 90 minutes in all but one game this season where her fierce defensive presence earned her starting role and place in the team. Without being carded, Yamashita made her presence felt on the field. Yamashita has definitely showed glimpses of potential moving forward into her collegiate career.

What is your record for the game “chubby bunny” or how many marshmallows do you think you can put in your mouth?
I think I could put around 20 marshmallows in my mouth if I were to try!

What is one food you could eat for the rest of your life, what is one you would destroy from the earth, and why?
One food I could eat for the rest of my life would be steak because it is pretty healthy and my dad also can make delicious steak. One food I would destroy from earth would probably be mushrooms because they are gross to me and I cannot stand them!
