2026: In her final season, Ireland finished as an All-Conference Third Team selection as a utility player. She had her best year at the plate, and split time between first base and designated player. She hit .254, picked up 32 hits, six doubles, seven RBI, walked 26 times, was hit by a pitch 15 times, and stole seven bases. She had two multi-hit games and five multi-walk games. Her OBP ended 11th in the conference and at the end of the regular season, Ireland was 23rd in the nation for getting hit by a pitch. She had two seven-game hitting streaks and a .967 fielding percentage during her outings in the field.
2025: Ireland move into a starting role and locked down 44 starts throughout the year, hitting .239 in 109 at-bats. She had 26 hits, including four doubles and her first triple in the second game against Chaminade on April 11. She had four multi-hit games and 11 RBI, including two games with a pair of runs batted in. She had an eight-game hitting streak towards the end of the season and had a .985 fielding percentage at first base.
2024: Ireland produced six hits in 26 at-bats in year two, and she appeared in 18 games, starting in five. She had two doubles and five RBI, with two RBI coming against Saint Katherine on two occasions.
2023: Ireland made her season debut on February 3 against Southern Oregon and got her first collegiate hit two days later against Corban, a game during which she also got her first RBI. She had two multi-hit days, with the first being a 2-for-3 day at home against Wittenberg, and the other coming on the road on March 24 at Jessup. She had her first extra-base hit in that Wittenberg game, as she hit a double. She had two games with a pair of RBI and stole four bases, with the first coming in that Corban game. She ended with 21 starts and 27 games played, a .233 batting average, 10 hits, five RBI, and a .909 fielding percentage.
