2026: The final season of Ipatzi's career was sensational, as she earned a All-Conference Third Team selection in the PacWest at the end of the year. She ended with a 9-9 record across 18 starts and 29 appearances. She went the distance on 13 occasions and recorded five shutouts with an ERA of 2.21. Her role as the No. 1 starter saw her inning tally rocket to 126.2, and she kept hitters to a .251 average. She struck out a career-high 64 hitters, and had at least one in all but three games. Her single-game high was the seven she got at Jessup. At the end of the regular season, Ipatzi was had the fifth-best opponent batting average in the league and paced VU in Ks. She also had the ninth-fewest runs allowed and only two games with more than three earned runs.
2025: The third year for Ipatzi saw the southpaw go 34 innings and work exclusively out of the bullpen, as she did not make a start in her 15 appearances. She held a 2.68 ERA by year's end, and opponents had a .264 average off her. She had 23 strikeouts and had VU's only save of the season, which came at Biola on March 17. Ipatzi concluded the season with a 1-1 record and helped close out two shutouts for the team. She had two games with four strikeouts, against Jessup and Biola, as her season-high.
2024: In year two, Ipatzi started three games and entered in 16, and came away with a 4-1 record and a 2.79 ERA. Ipatzi got her first career save against Pomona-Pitzer in her second trip to the circle in 2024, with two more coming by the end of the year to end second on the squad in saves. Her game against Saint Katherine was her best of the season, as she threw a complete-game shutout with eight Ks, allowing only five hits. Opponents hit .273 off Ipatzi during the year, and had eight games with two hits or less.
2023: Ipatzi appeared in 11 games during her first year, starting three contests. She got her ollegiate start on February 4 against Simpson, going five innings and striking out six batters. She did not have to wait long for her first win, as she had her best day of her career the next day. She went the distance against Corban, fanning 12 and coming up one hit-batter shy of a perfect game. She went on to finish at 4-2 overall with 35 strikeouts and two shutouts. Opponents hit .241 off Ipatzi and she produced a 2.68 ERA.
