Vanguard: Freshman in 2013…athletic and quick…played in 31 games stealing three bases and scoring 11 runs…earned NFCA Scholar-Athlete honors…breakout season in 2014 for the sophomore outfielder before injury limited her action…started 22 games of 32 games played for the Lions…collected NFCA Scholar-Athlete laurels…member of the LIONS group within VU’s athletic department’s Champions of Character program.

High School:  Atascadero High School ...coach Darin Traverso in the PAC 7 ... 2012 Atascadero High School Most Inspirational Female Athlete of the Year ... Scholar Athlete ... team was the 2010 and 2012 PAC 7 Champions ... 2011 and 2012 All-CIF Scholar Team ... played two years of club with CA Velocity ... also played volleyball, tennis, basketball, and water polo in high school.

Personal: Lauryn was born on July 27 in San Luis Obispo to parents Ron and Alicia...has a brother, Clay... enjoys watching “Modern Family” on TV…likes the color orange…favorite place to eat is home…cheers for the Minnesota Vikings…hobbies include snowboarding, traveling, and going to the beach…her favorite Bible verse is 1 John 3:18… attended a summer VU athletics missions trip to Tanzania…Kinesiology major.
