COSTA MESA -- For the second time this season,
Zachary Klarcyk has been named the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Men's Wrestler of the Week. Klarcyk enters the MPSF Tournament with a 17-2 record on the season. In one bout this week, Klarcyk squared off against Josh Neiwert of Cal Poly Humboldt and the pair only had escapes through regulation. In overtime, Klarcyk pocketed the first and only takedown of the encounter to emerge victorious, helping VU beat the Lumberjacks 21-18. He will be one of VU's wrestlers at 133 pounds at the Tournament this Sunday.
