2024: Cole was once again a dominant force that the opposition had to always game plan around. Cole started the season off strong with back-to-back games where she hit over .400 and registered double-digit kills. She was hobbled briefly by an injury to start October, but rebounded nicely as the season continued. She returned to form in the second Westmont match, where she had 14 put-aways on .219 hitting while also digging 17 balls. Arguably her best game of her career, let alone the season, was her dominant performance against CUI in early November. She had a season-high 20 kills on 43 chances, with a hitting percentage of .279. She also had 23 digs, the second-most in her season, and matched her season-high for blocks with five. Cole finished the season with double-digit kills and plus-.300 hitting performances in each of the last two outings. The Lions were 8-4 in games where Cole registered 10+ kills., and she was no stranger to the double-double (kills & digs) as 10 of her 22 matches resulted in her accomplishing the feat. Cole's defense was sharp as she put up the second-most digs on the team this year (273). Cole also had her lowest number of service errors in her career, while contributing her highest assist-per-set ratio. She concluded the season with 235 kills and hit .144.
2023: Though she dropped four kills off her total from 2022 (362), Cole hit better, with a .180 rate on 967 swings. She had a 3.23 kills per set rate and had only seven games when she did not have at least 10 kills. Her high was 21 strikes, which she did against both College of Idaho and Saint Katherine (regular season). She had 16 double-doubles (kills and digs) and had 20 games of 10 or more digs. Her best was the opening game against Simpson, when she secured 21 digs. Cole made two solo blocks and had 43 block assists from the front row, with a best of six helpers against Southern Oregon. Behind the line, Cole planted 25 aces, with four against Texas Wesleyan being her best. Cole led VU in kills, kills per set, total attempts, and points. She was second on the team in digs and placed fourth in block assists. In the NAIA Tournament, Cole had 46 kills and had 10 or more in all but the Missouri Baptist game. Cole was named to the NAIA Second Team All-American, to the All-GSAC Team, along with being named Co-Player of the Year, and to the AVCA All-Region team.
2022: Morgan Cole made a name for herself quickly for VU women's volleyball, as her first year was quite the arrival. She landed 366 kills for a 3.02 per set rate, ending the year with a .146 attack rate. She led VU in kills and total attempts and had a high of 20 on the road against Chapman. She had 10 or more kills 18 times during the season and had seven games of hitting above .300. Cole contributed 25 aces in year one, with six against Dordt being her best. She also quickly established herself as a two-way stud, with 357 digs, which ended the year as the second-most on the team. Cole had 20 against Benedictine-Mesa and had 18 games of 10 or more digs, including the last four games, two of which were GSAC Tournament contests. Cole had 10 solo blocks and 42 block assists, third and fourth on the lineup in those categories, respectively. She threw down three individual blocks against Providence (Montana) and had five helpers against Chapman. She had 12 double-doubles (kills and digs) and had a double-double in each of the GSAC Tournament games. One of five players to get into every game, Morgan was voted as the GSAC Freshman of the Year and got a on the All-GSAC Team. She went on to be named to the AVCA All-Region Team and was an Honorable Mention NAIA All-American.
