The athlete:  Lindsay played three sports at Apple Valley High School before coming to Vanguard…played in 73 games as a freshman…third on the team in kills and digs last season…outside hitter with defensive skills as well…focused and persistent on improving her game…learns quick and is catching on to the new offense…good ball control and passing skills…her versatility will be an asset on the court for the Lions.

The person:  Lindsay was born in Apple Valley, California on July 15, 1982…parents are James and Marlene Kaiser…nicknamed Lindz…Liberal Studies major…loves to eat french fries and participate in all sports…favorite movie is “While you were Sleeping”…would like to meet her favorite athlete Gabriella Reece…roots for the Buffalo Bills…likes the attitudes and work ethic of her teammates…life has taught her to take one day at a time…wants to be an elementary school teacher.
