Lindsay has spent summers coaching at Apple Valley High School, but makes her collegiate coaching debut as a graduate assistant for the Lions.  Finishing her four-year volleyball career at VU with her second NAIA Scholar-Athlete honor in 2003, Kaiser now looks to contribute to the team from the sidelines.  She will perform director of operation duties behind the scene in addition to on-court details with the team in practice and game situations.

Kaiser was a regular starter for two seasons at Vanguard, playing in 237 games in 84 matches during her career.  As a senior, she was the starting libero and picked up a career-high 383 digs while being one of only two players on the team that played in every game.

Lindsay earned her bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies in May of 2004 and is currently pursuing her Teaching Credential at VUSC.
