The athlete:  Crissy was a three-sport athlete at Liberty Christian High School prior to arriving at Vanguard University…versatile volleyball player…powerful as an outside hitter with the finesse to set the ball when needed…good court sense and timing…consistent player who should be able to contribute to the team right away.

The person:  Crissy was born in Newport Beach, California on October 8, 1981 to Sam and Cindy Davis…majoring in Business Administration…loves steak and going to the beach or the movies…favorite athlete is Michael Jordan but her team of choice is the LA Lakers…feels the biggest problem in the world is drugs and violence…likes that her team is hard working…has learned that life does not always go the way you want it to go, so work hard to get through the tough times.

Her thoughts:  She selected Vanguard because of the volleyball program.  She likes it because of the Christian atmosphere.
