The athlete:  Victoria was a two-sport athlete at Lake Ridge High School in Lake Oswego, Oregon…team captain and MVP at LRHS…1^st-Team All-League, Honorable Mention All-State her senior year in 2002…led her team to two league titles…also competed for the Lake Oswego Soccer Club…has played soccer for 14 years…defender…strong physically…not afraid to challenge for the air balls…good size and solid soccer skills…will make steady improvements as she adjusts to the college game…expect her to compete for a starting position this season.

The person:  Victoria was born on August 4, 1984 in Fairfax, Virginia to Robert and Anne Lettin…has an older brother…goes by “Tori”…has decided to major in Sports Medicine…likes to eat fig newtons…loves the movie “Braveheart” and the TV show “Friends”…roots for Michelle Akers and the US Women’s National Soccer team…enjoys swimming…likes the color blue and the number 14…would like to meet Mother Theresa…playing soccer has taught her about hard work and motivation…plans to become an Orthopedic Specialist.

Her thoughts:  I liked the positive and supportive atmosphere at VU.  It has a religious focus that is inviting and the beach is beautiful.
