2025 (VU): Gallegos continued a streak of steady-play at first over the last five-plus seasons for VU. He played in all 50 games, starting all but two, en route to a .984 fielding-percentage, although he saved more errors for VU than he wound up committing. At the dish, he was hovering right above .300 for most of the season before settling at .295, while also getting on base over 40.6% of the time thanks in part to his 21 BB's and nine times being plunked. He was tied for 2nd-most doubles on the team (12), and he went yard three time last season, with the first going into the Pacific down at Point Loma. Gallegos had three 3-hit games last season, all of them at home.
2023-24 (WEST LOS ANGELES COLLEGE):
2024: Gallegos had a breakout year, slashing .341/.481/.462 and swiping seven bags. Playing in all 40 games, he also cut his strikeout rate in half, while also drawing nine more walks than his 2022 season. Gallegos had 46 hits, including 10 2B's, 3 3B's, and his second career homer. Gallegos also had four 3-hit games, compared to his one in year one. Defensively, he had a phenomenal .991 FLD%.
2023: Gallegos did not play this season
2022: Gallegos played 32 games as a freshman, collecting 25 knocks and 13 RBI. He had five XBH-- four doubles and his first career home run which came on March 29 at Canyons. He slashed .250/.320/.377 on the season, while also fielding .964.
