2024:
Borabo's last season with VU was phenomenal. While she did not set a career-high in hitting percentage, she was able to rack up an impressive 167 kills. She was also able to pick up her first six career service aces this year. She also picked up 24 blocks across the 24 matches played. One of her best games of the season came at Azusa Pacific when she hit .132 on 53 attacks and picked up a season-high 16 kills. Then, she had another great performance in the 5-set match versus Hawaii-Pacific. She hit .268 on 41 chances with 15 kills while also collecting 9 digs defensively. Her highest single-game attack percentage this year was .700 on 10 attempts in the sweep over Academy of Art to finish the season-- a match that she herself ended in the third set with a vicious kill on her hometown team.


You get to play your sport with a legend from the game, living or dead. Who are you playing with?
I would play with Lexi Sun since she has been my volleyball crush since I was in high school.

You can have dinner with three people, real or imaginary. Who are you having dinner with?
If I were to have dinner with three people I would want to have dinner with three of my ancestors from either side of my family. I would love to know my family tree and discuss our history.

What is one of your favorite childhood memories?
One of my favorite childhood memories would be waking up early before school to play Super Mario Bros on the Wii with my dad.

What is your dream job, especially if money was not a factor?
My dream job would be a travel/food enthusiast. If money weren't a factor I would happily eat anything I want and travel all over the world.

Would you rather be able to speak in any human language or communicate with all animals and why?
Communicate with all animals so I can know what they think of the human race and relate to them.
