2024: The junior defender once again started in every game alongside Cooper Clark. Hammer mustered two shots and was pivotal in helping Vanguard's defense stay at a premier level, earning 5 shutouts. There was also an eight-game streak where Vanguard held the opposition to one goal or fewer. He had a season-high 70 minutes at Azusa Pacific.

2023: Arrived at Vanguard and was named a starter and went on to start all 17 games and play 1,341 minutes.  Hammer took his first career shot in his first game in the home opener against Soka on August 19.  On September 16, Hammer slammed home his first career goal against Redlands and he got his first career assist at Life Pacific on October 4.  Hammer ended with eight shots and onyl had two yellow cards in his first full year as a starter.  

2022: Debuted against Simpson on September 7 and logged 20 minutes of action in that game.

2021: Joined Cal Poly Humboldt but did not get a start as a freshman.

HS: In 2020-21, Hammer scored one goals and assisted on seven in eleven matches.  During his junior season, Hammer scored two goals and had six assists in 20 matches.  He was a two-year starter earned First Team All-Sunset League Honors during his senior season and Second Team All-League honors his junior season.  He was a two-time All-Academic All-Sunset honoree and the HBHS student-athlete award recipient.
