2024: Kiernan was able to play in 13 of 15 games this season, mixing in a healthy dose of six starts. The junior forward had career highs in both shots (18) and shots-on-goal (10). His best performance was his field day that he had against Providence Christian, as he took 12 shots, with five coming on target.  As a result of those 12 shots, he came away with two goals: one in the first five minutes (the game winner) and the other in the last five minutes. Later in the season, he chipped in his lone assist, albeit a crucial one, at Dominican in Vanguard's thrilling 3-2 victory.  He played 463 minutes for the season.  

2023: Getting his first career start against Pomona-Pitzer, Kiernan featured in 13 games overall and went from 12 minutes in one appearance in year one to 443 minutes in year two.  His first goal celebration came at home against Stanton on September 30, 10 days after Kiernan tallied his first career assist at The Master's.   He wound up with three goals and assists and five times had two shots in a game.  

2022: As a freshman, Kiernan took to the field for the first time on October 27 at home against Life Pacific, as he played for 12 minutes, though he did not have a any shots.

Steak, Brussels sprouts, I don’t think a reason is necessary for that answer.
