The hometown kid was able to close out his remarkable Vanguard career with a huge impact. Despite only 630 minutes this year, Doherty's tremendous motor was on full display every second he was out there. 'AD' took 16 shots this year, good enough for his second highest total in his career. Doherty came away with one goal and one assist, both coming in Vanguard's blowout win over Providence Christian. Both feats put his career point total at a quarter of a century, while the goal put him into the double digit mark for his career.
