2023-24: Willis ended his Vanguard career by continuing to show why he was well-respected within the conference, drawing much of the attention from opposing teams. Despite drawing that attention, Willis still managed to record his second-best PPG mark for a season in his career (13.1), en route to him passing the 1,000 point mark for his career. Willis had a career high 27 points in Vanguard's home upset over #7 Montana Tech, the eighth time in the past two seasons he scored 20+. He also slashed .422/.418/.783. Willis' three-point mark ranked second on the team behind Aguirre Jr, but it was the best percentage in the conference for a player who shot over 150 attempts from downtown. Willis also had his fourth season with at least 40 assists. Willis set a new personal best in boards per contest (5.5), with a season-high of 9 coming in Arizona against OUAZ. The home matchup with OUAZ saw Willis log a career-high 48 minutes.
