athlete: Miguel begins his second season with the Lions…transferred to
VUSC from East Los Angeles College…enters his final collegiate
season…earned a starting role in his first season with the Lions after
recovering from a preseason injury…averaged 5 points and 2.6 rebounds
in the paint in 2006…spent two years at ELAC, playing only his last
season and earning Team Co-MVP honors…averaged 14 points and nearly 10
rebounds per game and was an HM All-League selection as a sophomore…sat
out 2003-04 after transferring to ELAC from Palomar Junior College
