Vanguard University

The Athlete: Garid transferred to Vanguard University from Concordia University... he's extremely mature for his class... when an injury cut his Freshman season short last December, he spent the rest of the year in the weight room gaining strength and adding muscle... he was an all-CIF play art Ocean View High School two years ago... he's a good shooter and has a tremendous work ethic.

The Person: His nickname is G Jive... he was born March 11, 1980 to Brian and Gale Beeler... he is a Biology major... he enjoys surfing... he likes to eat Pizza... the person he would most like to meet Jesus... he likes the chemistry of the team this year... he wants to become an orthopedic surgeon.

His thoughts: I selected Vanguard University because of Coach French... I enjoy the school because it is close to the beach.
