Don is in his freshman season here at SCC, however, he is no stranger in the Coaching ranks as he enters his 24th year of coaching. Don has eight years of experience on the high school level at Redlands HS (Citrus Belt League Coach of the Year in 1977) and Orange HS (Century League Coach of the Year 1979).

Coach Frank's experience of the college level includes Asst. Coach at the University of Redlands, Asst. Coach at the Rancho Santiago College (State Champs 1990) and most recently head coach at Rio Hondo College where he was Foothill Conference Coach of the Year in 1992. Don graduated from Redlands University in 1971. Coach Frank resides in Placentia with his wife Jan and daughters Heather and Kellie.
