Vanguard University

Colton returns for his second season as an assistant coach with the Vanguard University Men’s Basketball program.  

Kooima graduated from Northwestern College in Orange City, IA.  At Northwestern, Kooima finished second all-time in career scoring, finishing with 2,441 points.  He also collected First-Team NAIA All-American honors following his Junior and Senior seasons.  Additionally, after his Senior season, Kooima was named the Great Plains Athletic Conference Player of the Year.
