2026: For his first act at a four-year institution, Hellein batted .235 in 44 games, including 43 starts.  tallied his first hit on opening day and had his first multi-hit contest the next morning, along with his first two VU RBI.  He had hisfirst double against Stanislaus State, and his only home run came towards the end of the year at Biola on April 24.  By year's end, Hellein had 28 hits, three doubles, and 11 RBI.  He took 19 walks and 3-for-5 stealing bases.  He had six games with multiple hits, with his best game being the 4-for-6 outing in the first game of the Jessup series.  He also had two RBI in the first game at Menlo, the other time he hit his season-high. The infielder had a .954 fielding percentage at the end of the season and helped with 78 putouts and made 107 assists.

2024-25 (CITRUS): 
    2025: Hellein posted a .327/.414/.481 line while primarily being at short for the Owls. Playing in 38 contests, he recorded 33 RBIs with a third of his hits being for XBH (13 2Bs, 3B, 3 HRs). His first homer of the season came early against Victor Valley on January 27. In March, he recorded three of his four 3-hit games on the season to bring his career total to five games-of-the-like. He also only struckout nine times, while increasing his walks drawn from the season prior. 
    
    2024: Hellein played 40 games for the Owls, slashing .301/.398/.423 as a utility man. Out of his 47 knocks, 13 of them went for XBH (9 2Bs, 2 3Bs, 2 HRs). He had seven consecutive two-hit games in March (a career-long), and had his first three-hit performance on April 13 vs Victor Valley. Hellein struck out in a game twice on only two occasions, showing his plate discipline. His first career homer came on March 16. Defensively he was part of turning 23 double-plays.
