2025: Hunter's second season of work saw him be a steady arm out of the bullpen. His first game action was a clean inning against CSULA, striking out a man. Of his first six games spanning 8.2IP, he allowed just one run. In that stretch was one of his Point Loma outings where he went 3IP and struck out three. On March 15, he set a career-high in innings worked (five) and total pitches (57), only allowing one run in the relief effort. In all, Hunter had three games where he did not allow a hit, and seven games where did not allow a run. 

2024: Hunter had five appearances before redshirting this season. His first career outing came against Ave Maria (FL) who was #15 in the nation at the time. He picked up his first strikeout against Whitter on February 12. After a few weeks off, Hunter threw 35 pitches in an inning of work, striking out three, all of which were season-highs. He finished the season with two solid outings, going an inning in each, allowing zero hits and striking out three total.
