The athlete: Matt begins his career as a Lion after playing high school baseball at Wenatchee High School…played for coach Ed Knaggs in the Big 9 Conference…also played basketball and football in high school…has played baseball for 14 years…bats right and throws right…will battle for playing time as a freshman while using this year to develop…has a lot of potential and is a great addition to the program…solid young outfielder…watch for Matt to develop into a good all around player.
