The athlete: Jordan comes to VUSC after spending his freshman season with Head Coach Boomer Walker at College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls, Idaho…team finished second in the Scenic West Athletic Conference…graduated in 2006 from Taylorsville High School in Taylorsville, Utah…All-Conference performer that left with a record eight saves in one season and the least amount of walks for a year with just two for Head Coach Guy Mackay…has played baseball for ten years…bats and throws right…competitive and a gamer…has finesse and command.

The person: Jordan was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on April 6, 1988 to parents Danny and April…has one brother and one sister…nickname is “OSE”…plans to major in Kinesiology…likes eating smothered burritos and vanilla ice cream…likes eating at home…favorite movie is “I Heart Huckabees” and TV show is “South Park”…likes the color blue and the number five…roots for the Green Bay Packers…sports hero is Roy Oswalt…enjoys fishing…most respects his dad because how much he does…learned in life to enjoy the one you have…baseball has taught him hard work and dedication.
