Vanguard University

The athlete:  Jason is a three-sport athlete from Novato High School…holds six baseball records at his former high school…two-time 1^stTeam All-MCAL player…an outstanding natural athlete…has a lot of potential to be a two-way player, pitcher and infielder…going to be an impact player as a freshman…will start at third base.

The person:  Jason was born on July 2. 1983 in San Francisco, California…parents are Ken and Diane Searle…roots for the SF Giants…enjoys playing basketball, golf and football…favorite place is Wales…feels the biggest problem in the world is fear of other people…sports has taught him that patience is the key to success…wants to become a high school teacher and coach.

His thoughts:  I chose Vanguard University because it was a good opportunity for me in all areas.  I enjoy all the great people at this school.
