The athlete: Jason transferred to Vanguard in the fall of 2002 and is in his second year with the Lions…played two seasons at Northwest Nazarene University in Idaho…played baseball, basketball and football for Nampa Senior High School… bats and throws right-handed…will see time on the mound and in the outfield for the Lions in 2004…was one of the top hitters in terms of average in last season, producing an average of .294 in 126 at bats…is a senior with the ability to make a big impact on this year’s team…athletic and strong…is a determined player who will work hard to help his team win…expect a strong senior season from Brunett.
