2026: Rivera flashed his talent from both sides of the field, as he registered 36 at-bats and 11 trips to the mound in 2026.  As a hitter, Rivera had six hits, with his first coming on February 7 against Stanislaus, which was also an RBI double.  His best day from the plate was a 2-for-4 outing at CUI on March 20.  He stole his first base in that game as well, and ended with a .167 batting average.  He was also clean in the field, recording 10 putouts with eight assists.  From the stripe, Rivera entered 11 times and tossed 25.2 innings, with the first of his 14 strikeouts coming in his first pitching appearance against St. Martins on January 31, a game in which he got two in.  He fanned four CUI hitters on March 21 as his best, with two other games with two or more Ks. In four of his games, he did not give up a run, and in three innings against Westmont and 1.2 against APU, he did not give up a hit.

HIGH SCHOOL: Rivera played both ways. Offensively, he hit .323 with 16 RBIs while swiping 11 bags. On the bump, he authored a 2.29 ERA across eight relief appearances, racking up 38 K's. He threw 385 pitches as a Senior after taking the season off from pitching as a Junior.


What is one food you could eat for the rest of your life, what is one you would destroy from the earth, and why?
I could eat chick fil a chicken minis for the rest of my life. I would destroy Indian food from the earth because I don’t like it.

I’d say I got 7

What is the dumbest way you have gotten hurt?
Falling off of a bunk bed and breaking my arm
