The Vanguard University Baseball program gained an incredible boost, as Trevor Davidson has been added to the assistant coaching staff. Vanguard student-athletes will immediately be benefitted by Davidson, who recently wrapped up a three-year stint as the Head baseball Coach at Providence Christian College.

"The baseball program is blessed in having Trevor join our team," remarked Head Coach Rob Pegg. "He brings a wealth of experience from coaching in the college ranks and having played professionally. He has incredible passion and desire to succeed and most importantly a humble and vibrant relationship with Jesus."

Davidson is a graduate of California Lutheran University and recently completed his Master's in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University – Irvine. After a successful playing career at CLU, he went on to play professional baseball with the Tucson Toros, Edmonton Capitals and Victoria Seals.
