2012/2013 season Primary duties involve working with the pitchers at Vanguard University in the GSAC, and recruiting pitchers for each season. In 2013 helped the Vanguard pitching staff to a team ERA of 4.18, Had nationally recognized leaders in wins (Scott Simmons) hits per 9 (Clayton Voechting) innings pitched (Travis Tomsen) and Saves (Kevin Ponzo). Helped players continue after college into professional baseball (Travis Tomsen with Peoria Explorers, Kamakani Usui with Toronto Blue Jays) 2013/2014 Season Pitching staff posted a regular season 3.66 team ERA with a 31-19 regular season record. This season pitching staff helped lead the team to its first playoff appearance since 2010 and finished 3rd overall in the conference standings. Coached 2 GSAC players of the week, Clayton Voechting, and Marshall McKinnon. And one all GSAC honors pitchers Eddie Rivera. This Vanguard Pitching staff helped lead the Lions to their first National Tournament Opening Round birth since 2010. This Seasons team was ranked as high as 14th in the nation and finished the national polls at 25th. John Fageaux Jr. advanced to professional baseball with the Frontier League of Professional Baseball along with Clayton Voecheting advancing to the Pecos League of Professional Baseball 2014/2015 Season Pitching staff posted an all time low 3.33 regular season team ERA with 34-18 regular season record. Pitcher of the Week Sean Isaac, along with All Conference Pitcher Sean Isaac. Qualified for the NAIA opening round of the national tournament. Team won the western regional tournament going 4-0 advancing to the NAIA World Series in Lewiston Idaho finishing 8th out of 10 teams, and a final season ranking of 8th in the nation. Scott Torrey Advanced to the Pecos League of Professional Baseball.
2015/2016 Season - Present
Osequera was hired on by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim organization, serving as a minor league pitching instrutor and assistant coordinator. His association continues with the VU Baseball Program as he is a pitching consultation and player development consultant for the club.
 
Prior to coaching, Oseguera played at Taylorsville High School in Salt Lake City, Utah under ABCA coach of the year Steve Cramblit. During his time at Taylorsvill,e he posted the single season record for saves and least amount of hitters walked for the state of Utah.  
 
After Taylorsville he went on to the College of Southern Idaho and played under ABCA hall of fame coach Skip Walker, and Boomer Walker.  After Southern Idaho he went to Vanguard University and played for the regional team in 2010.  
 
Oseguera played professionally with the Yuma Scorpions, Tijuana Cimmarones, Roswell Invaders, Ruidoso Osos, and the McCallen Thunder. Once finished playing he began working under Tom House, for the National Pitching Association located at USC.  
 
Jordan's coaching experience also includes Calvary Chapel HS in Costa Mesa where the pitching staff posted a 1.56 ERA, and as a player coach for the Ruidoso Osos who were runner up in the Pecos League of Professional Baseball.
