2026: His first appearance for Vanguard came on January 31 at home against St. Martin's, and his first hit came on the road at Jessup on February 14.  That turned out to not only be his first collegiate hit and only knock of the season, but his first double that cashed in his first two RBI.  He went on to make three starts in all in 11 games, hitting .083 while getting hit by one pitch.  He made eight assists and eight putouts in the field for a .941 fielding percentage.  

2025: Pennington did not play his first year for Vanguard due to an injury.
