COSTA MESA -- The Mountain Pacific Sports Federation announced the first All-Academic Team for the sport in MPSF history this month and the Lions were awarded nine members across both programs. Of those nine wrestlers who made the honor roll, only Rafa Marquez and Ireri Mares had received an academic honor before, as the duo were named to the Cascade Collegiate Conference Academic All-Conference list in 2024.  

To be selected, an individual must have a 3.00 or higher cumulative GAP, be at least a sophomore academically, have completed one full academic year at their institution, and have participated in fifty percent or more of the team's competitions.  You can view the full men's release here and the full women's release here.
