Five runs in the top of the first inning put the Lions out to a quick start and the squad never looked back. They topped that run output in the fourth inning when they totaled seven Lions crossing the plate.  The Blue and Gold totaled 17 RBI's on 16 hits and earned nine walks.

Eric Sanchez went 4-4 on the day with three RBI's to lead the way for the Blue and Gold. Yates went 4-6 and recorded four RBI's and three scored runs on the day.  Kiriakos 2-4 scored three runs of his own for the Lions and pitched in an RBI as well.
