The Athlete: Amanda begins her college career at Vanguard after graduating from Mission Viejo High School in 2000... was a four-year varsity MVP for MVHS and also competed in T&F and soccer... played tennis for eight years and took some time off, but will continue to improve her form during the 2004 season... should be interesting to see Amanda develop at the collegiate level.

Thoughts: I chose Vanguard because of the beautiful location and the good education in a tight-knit community with professors who really care about the students.
