2025: Nakamura had an eighth-place finish at the VU Invite to start the season (18:20.7), and went on to have her best finish at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite (23rd), with her best time coming at the UCR Highlander race (22:13.3).
2024: Nakamura had her best results at the PacWest Championships, placing 33rd (22:39.7), including her best 6K time (22:39.7). Her best time overall came at the UCR Highlander (18:41.4, 5K).
What is an extreme sport or activity you would like to try?
I would like to do some mountaineering in the near future!
If you could work as an actor/actress, what lead role (from any movie, TV show, or theater show) would you take and why?
I would take a lead role in the live Phantom of the Opera, because it is one of my favorite theater productions!
What is a weird food combination that you really like, and why?
I love canned tuna with Mac N Cheese… talk about college student meals.
What is an amazing thing you have done with your family?
We hiked to the top of Mt. Baldy for Fathers Day
