Personal Best 6K time: 21:06.72 (NCAA West Regionals, Nov. 8, 2025)

2025:  Murray showed her potential on debut, placing seventh with an 18:09.6 at the VU Invite.  She had only two placements the rest of the season outside of the top 10, highlighted by a second-place result at the PacWest Championships, becoming the conference Freshman of the Year.  She came just shy of making the NCAA National Championships with her 18th-place finish at the Regional.


What is an extreme sport or activity you would like to try?
I want to do an Ironman

If you could work as an actor/actress, what lead role (from any movie, TV show, or theater show) would you take and why?
I’d choose Top Gun Maverick because, as intense as the plot is, it would be such a fun and exciting environment to be a part of. Flying fighter jets and filming all the action scenes would be an unforgettable experience.

What is a weird food combination that you really like, and why?
Nothing too crazy, but salt on watermelon is surprisingly good

Would you rather be a pirate or a ninja, and why?
I’d rather be a ninja than a pirate because I’d love the freedom and independence that comes with being a ninja. Plus, I’d hate living on a boat.

What music artist(s) or podcast(s) have you been into recently?
I love the handlebar podcast and I’ve been loving listening to Jesus Image, Upperroom, Maverick City, John Wilds, Caleb Bachtel, and Olivia Dean!
