It has to be "slay." It can be passive, complimentary, or anything you really want it to be. Different tone of voice helps depending on the situation.

Absolutely not.

You have one roundtrip ride in a time machine. Where in time are you going and why?
The late 1980's/early 1990's, I would've wanted to watch Motley Crue live when they first released their album "Doctor Feelgood."

How long do you think you could survive in a zombie apocalypse?
I'll give myself a good four hours.
