2026: Bayston had his only collegiate kill in 2026, which came against Springfield on January 17.  Meanwhile, his defensive play continued to shine, as he totaled 131 digs in 25 matches and a digs per set rate of 1.60.  He had five games of 10 or more digs, with his best being his 13 totaled in the second game at Menlo.  He had 24 helpers in his second VU season, with his single-game high being three, which he did on three occasions.  

2025: The starting libero for VU in 2025, Bayston played in every match and found 174 digs to lead the team and place in fifth in digs per set (1.83) in the Mountain Pacfic Sports Federation.  He also had 24 assists throughout the year.  He hit 13 digs three times during 2025, including both matches at Menlo and at home against CUI.  He had one game of 10 digs at home against UC Merced, and he had three assists at home against Menlo as his high.

What is one food you could eat for the rest of your life, what is one you would destroy from the earth, and why?
Potatoes since they are the most versatile. Clams gotta go, they taste like mineral snot.
