Eddie is back for his second season as an assistant coach for Johansson on the men's and women's teams. Fensler's coaching experience includes teaching at UCLA and Ojai Tennis Camps and coaching at the Junior Penn League levels. He currently works and teaches tennis at the Costa Mesa Tennis Center where the Lions play their home matches.

Coach Fensler played basketball, baseball and football in high school before picking up tennis in his senior year. After winning the Coaches' Award, he went on to compete in tennis at Golden West College and Cal Poly Pomona.

Fensler graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2005 with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology/Pedagogy. He is currently pursuing a Teaching Credential at Vanguard University.

Eddie and his wife Amber have been married for five years and reside in Garden Grove, California.
