Sean joins the Vanguard soccer program in 2010 as a first-year assistant coach, and will assist the men's and women's teams. Forster, who will primarily work with the goalkeepers for both programs, is also an assistant coach for United Futbol club program.

Forster earned a BA in Exercise Sports Science from Concordia University, Irvine in 2007.
