Biography

Vanguard: Returning Sophomore Troy Bailey is eager for his second year as a Vanguard.

High School:  A varsity cross country and track athlete at Sunset High in Beaverton, Oregon, Bailey also achieved academic honors.

Personal: An excellent student, Troy is majoring in Cross Cultural Ministries.  He thanks his parents Victor and Dalene for his discipline and passion for the violin.
