Had an exceptional Freshman Season in Cross Country last fall. Ken’s 8k times improved nearly 3 minutes over the course of his first year of cross country competition every. His best mark of 29:38.9 came at the District Championships. Ken also had a strong Track season in the spring including performances of 4:44.6 in the 1500 meters and 17:51.9 in the 5000 meters. Ken was a very consistent #3 scorer for the Men in 1990 and will be looked to for leadership and strong performance in the 1991 season.
